As part of our ongoing efforts to recruit nurses, NEHA has placed advertisements for nurses in the Recruitment Canada Magazine which is published in November and distributed annually to all newly graduated Manitoba nurses. Ads will also be running in the RN Journal, College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba which is published quarterly. We welcome new employees into our region but recognize that sometimes obtaining housing for these new staff can be a challenge. We would like your assistance by establishing a list of individuals in our communities interested in providing temporary housing to new employees coming to work in NEHA. (You may know of someone who is away at certain times of the year (snowbirds) who would be interested in having someone house sit their home). We would be looking for a private room and washroom and access to a TV room and kitchen facilities (or provision of meals).
