The Aboriginal Workforce Strategy of the North Eastman Health Association encourages Aboriginal
people to explore health care careers by attending job fairs/conferences and career exploration
events including the Aboriginal Job Fair, Winnipeg Career Symposium, Rotary Career Symposium
and Career Fairs at local high schools.

To reach the Aboriginal Community NEHA has given presentations and career packages to
classrooms and displayed information targeted to the Aboriginal community.
